The management and staff of InfoGiant 97.1FM have continued activities marking the second day of their second anniversary celebration with a series of courtesy visits to monarchs in Ife North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The team, led by the General Manager, Mr. Ademola Moses, visited the palaces of the Olulamokun of Yakuyo, His Royal Majesty Oba Dr. Meshach Oyewole Oyediran, the Oniwaro of Iwaro Land, Oba Dr. Emmanuel Adesokan Ayoola, as well as Oba Alasipa of Ashipa Land, Oba Mufutau Babawale Oyehan Oyekanmi Ilufemiloye, and the Akinlalu Community.
The visits were aimed at appreciating the royal fathers for their unwavering support over the past two years and strengthening ties with the communities. Speaking during the visits, the General Manager expressed gratitude to the monarchs and their subjects for embracing the InfoGiant brand since its inception.
He noted that the station remains committed to delivering accurate, balanced, and timely reportage, while continuing to inform, educate, and entertain listeners across the region. He added that the anniversary visits also serve as an opportunity to reaffirm the station’s dedication to community-driven broadcasting.
At the Akinlalu community, where the monarch was unavoidably absent, chiefs and palace representatives warmly received the team and conveyed the goodwill of the royal father. Across the palaces visited, the monarchs and their representatives commended InfoGiant 97.1FM for its impactful presence and consistent dissemination of credible information. They described the station as a reliable voice and encouraged the team to sustain and improve on its standards.
In their responses, the monarchs pledged continued support for InfoGiant, assuring the station of stronger partnerships in promoting development within their communities.
