Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has signed the 2026 Appropriation Bill into law, pledging full implementation and highlighting achievements recorded under his administration over the past three budget years. The governor said the new budget would consolidate and expand governance and service delivery in line with his administration’s five-point agenda.

Kazeem Akinleye; Head of Service, Elder Ayanleye Aina; and members of the state executive council. Governor Adeleke described the moment as the launch of the final year of his first term, with renewed commitment to completing ongoing projects and initiating new ones for the benefit of residents.
He noted that his administration had laid a solid foundation for sustainable development by completing abandoned projects, initiating new infrastructure, and settling billions of naira in salary and pension arrears.
