Oduduwa University to Host Seminar on Service Delivery for Non-Academic Staff

Oduduwa University is set to host a two-day seminar for its non-academic staff with the theme, “Excellent Service Delivery: A Panacea for Low Productivity.” The seminar will take place on Thursday, 19th September and Friday, 20th September 2024, at Model Hall, OUI, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM each day.

The seminar aims to address key factors affecting productivity among non-academic staff and explore solutions to enhance service delivery within the institution. Various seminar talks are lined up, including discussions on workplace etiquette, fitness and health as central to employee well-being, and managing daily activities with a high sense of humor.

Another important topic will be stakeholder involvement as an effective tool for team building within the university structure. By focusing on these areas, the seminar intends to strengthen the skills and knowledge of staff members, fostering a more productive and engaging work environment.

The event is expected to encourage professionalism, boost morale, and equip staff with practical tools to address low productivity, ultimately benefiting both the employees and the institution. Staff members are encouraged to attend and actively participate in the sessions.
